Taiba Hospital proudly provided professional and hands-on training to high school and university students during the summer as part of our commitment to fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals. In collaboration with LOYAC, 18 ambitious students participated in a comprehensive 6-week internship, where they gained valuable experience across various departments within the hospital.

This program was meticulously designed to offer students a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, introducing them to the essential principles of the field while developing their professional and personal skills. The training also aimed to instill a strong sense of responsibility, as the students were entrusted with real tasks, preparing them for future careers.

The internship program is a vital first step in helping the new generation transition into the workforce, guiding them in making informed career choices. By participating in this program, Taiba Hospital not only contributes to the professional growth of young talents but also supports the broader vision of creating a well-equipped, future-ready healthcare workforce.

Throughout the six weeks, the students were immersed in nine different hospital departments, including Patient Experience, Facilities Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, People Acquisition, Biomedical, and Contact Center.

مستشفى طيبة يقدم التدريب المهني والميداني لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية والجامعية خلال فترة الصيف

ضمن جهود مستشفى طيبة لتشجيع ورعاية الشباب وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة لوياك، تم استضافة  طلاب من المرحلة الثانوية والجامعية في مختلف أقسام المستشفى، لمنحهم فرصة تدريب عملية استثنائية في مجال تقديم الرعاية الصحية.

وقد جرى تصميم هذا البرنامج التدريبي بهدف منح المتدربين فرصة للاطلاع على طبيعة العمل في القطاع الصحي، وتعريفهم بأساسيات العمل في هذا المجال، وتنمية قدراتهم المهنية والشخصية، بالإضافة إلى تحميلهم المسؤولية والاعتماد عليهم في تنفيذ مختلف المهام الوظيفية. حيث يعتبر هذا البرنامج التدريبي خطوة أولى في طريق انخراط الجيل الجديد في الحياة العملية ومساعدتهم على اختيار وجهتهم الوظيفية في حياتهم المستقبلية. يذكر بأن 18 طالب وطالبة عملوا لمدة ستة أسابيع في المستشفى، وانضموا خلال هذه الفترة إلى 9 أقسام مختلفة بهدف تعريفهم بمعظم المجالات الطبية والإدارية المرتبطة بتقديم الخدمات الصحية. حيث شاركت الأقسام التالية في تقديم هذا البرنامج التدريبي الميداني: تجربة المريض، إدارة المرافق، التمريض، الصيدلية، تدريب وتطوير الموارد البشرية، التطوير المؤسسي، الطب الحيوي، مركز الاتصال، واستقطاب الموارد البشرية
