Taiba Hospital Featured in a Worldwide COVID-19 Response Recognition Program

Over 100 Hospitals from 27 Countries Recognized at the International Hospital Federation Beyond the Call of Duty for COVID-19 Program.

Taiba Hospital recognized at the International Hospital Federation Beyond the Call of Duty for COVID-19 Program for its response action plan along with over 100 hospitals from 27 countries.

Taiba Hospital received the recognition badge after a thorough review of an international review committee consisting of 16 industry experts from the healthcare industry.

Recognized hospitals of the International Hospital Federation Beyond the Call of Duty for COVID-19 Program are featured in an extensive international media campaign honoring hospitals and health service providers worldwide in their fight against COVID-19.

Taiba Hospital procedures included the following

• Triage and examination using pathological identification of cases, signs and symptoms, temperature measurement at all hospital entrances
• Separating suspected cases from other patients and preventing them from being together in waiting rooms
• Provide isolation rooms to isolate suspected patients
• Commit to personal protective equipment and hand hygiene
• Continuous sterilization and cleaning throughout the hospital in line with international standards

حازت مستشفى طيبة على شهادة تقدير خاصة من الاتحاد الدولي للمستشفيات (IHF) لمشاركتها ومساهمتها الفعالة في برنامج “Beyond the Call of Duty” الخاص بفيروس COVID-19، حيث أعربت لجنة المراقبة الخاصة بهذا البرنامج عن تقديرها للجهود المبذولة من قبل مستشفى طيبة في الاستجابة والتعامل مع وباء فيروس كورونا.

ويهدف برنامج “Beyond the Call of Duty” الذي أطلقه الاتحاد الدولي للمستشفيات (IHF)، إلى التعرف على استجابة وإجراءات المستشفيات ومقدمي الخدمات الصحية خلال فترة انتشار فيروس كورونا في جميع أنحاء العالم. ويمنح الاتحاد هذا التقدير للمستشفيات ومقدمي الخدمات الصحية الذين يقومون بوضع سياسات وإجراءات تنظيمية مسبقة ومتميزة لمواجهة جائحة COVID-19 في بلدانهم.

حيث تضمنت اجراءات مستشفى طيبه على الاتي

• الفرز والفحص باستخدام التعريف المرضي للحالات، العلامات والأعراض، قياس درجه الحرارة على جميع مداخل المستشفى

• فصل الحالات المرضية المشتبه بها عن باقي المرضى ومنع تواجدهم معاً في صالات الانتظار

• توفير غرف عزل سالبه الضغط لعزل المرضى المشتبه بهم

• الالتزام بالأدوات الواقية الشخصية ونظافة الأيدي

• التعقيم والتنظيف المستمر في جميع انحاء المستشفى بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية
